The demographics of every county, city, school district and special district are constantly changing. The 2031 redistricting cycle is just around the corner, and the pressure of time and demands of 2021 redistricting are only going to intensify. National Demographics Corporation (NDC) is here to help! Project 2031 will help local governments prepare now.

Be a part of NDC’s Project 2031 to receive:

  • Demographic Data Reports: Project 2031 clients will receive two demographic updates each year. These reports will contain American Community Survey and Citizen Voting Age Population Special Tabulation data for the client jurisdiction as a whole and for each election area in the jurisdiction. These updates will report the change since 2020 and compare your jurisdiction to county and state changes.
  • Annual Newsletter: The annual newsletter will cover Census, redistricting and demographics news, including how your jurisdiction can address any problems or errors in the 2020 Census data. The newsletter will also offer tips on how your jurisdiction can ensure a more accurate count in the 2030 Census. Each person counted in the Census generates nearly $2,000 in federal money sent each year to the state, county and local governments, so an accurate count is key to receiving your jurisdiction’s fair share of federal funds.
  • 2031 Redistricting Support: As a Project 2031 client, you guarantee NDC’s availability to assist your jurisdiction during the 2031 redistricting cycle. One-half of the annual Project 2031 retainer fees will be credited toward your jurisdiction’s 2031 redistricting project with NDC.
